In the event of adverse weather conditions, Ashbourne United holds the safety and well-being of our
participants as a top priority. Please be aware of our weather refund policy as outlined below:

1. **Camp Continuation:** The Ashbourne United soccer camp will generally continue as scheduled,
rain or shine, unless the weather poses a safety risk to participants and coaches.
2. **Refunds:** No refunds will be issued due to adverse weather conditions, including but not
limited to rain, wind, or extreme temperatures.
3. **Alternative Activities:** Our experienced coaching staff will adjust the training activities to
ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for participants, even in the presence of inclement
weather.
4. **Safety First:** In cases of severe weather, such as lightning, thunderstorms, or any other
dangerous conditions, camp activities will be suspended or modified to prioritize the safety of all
attendees.
5. **Communication:** Any updates or changes to the Ashbourne United camp schedule due to
weather conditions will be communicated to participants and parents/guardians via the contact
information provided during registration. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date.
By participating in the Ashbourne United Soccer Camp, you acknowledge and accept the terms of
